Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 332bd ("332bd", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online entertainment and sports betting platform accessible at 332bd.bet. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including visitors who browse without registering and registered members who place bets or wager real money.

By accessing or using the 332bd platform — whether through a web browser on a mobile device or any other means — you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the 332bd platform and close your account if one has been created. 332bd reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Eligibility to Use 332bd

• You must not already hold an active 332bd account. Only one account per individual person is permitted at any time.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party or operating a syndicate or otherwise facilitating third-party gambling using a 332bd account.
• You must not be a self-excluded player on the 332bd platform. If you have previously requested self-exclusion, you remain excluded for the duration specified at the time of your request.

Account Registration and Security

To access the betting and gaming features of the 332bd platform, you must complete registration and create a personal account. The following rules apply to all registered accounts on 332bd:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration. 332bd may request verification of any information provided at any time. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 332bd account credentials — your phone number or username and your password. You must not share your login details with any other person.

332bd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Players may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership before withdrawal requests can be processed. This process is a standard industry requirement for player protection and financial compliance.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

All financial transactions on the 332bd platform are subject to the following terms. 332bd processes deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following supported payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your 332bd wallet in real time upon successful confirmation of the payment transaction by your chosen payment provider.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC verification and the clearance of any active bonus wagering requirements.
• 332bd does not charge deposit fees. Any fees applied by your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) or card network (Visa, Mastercard) are outside 332bd's control and are the player's responsibility.
• Deposits made with the intention of circumventing bonus terms, or deposits reversed, disputed, or charged back through your payment provider after being credited to your 332bd wallet, will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.
• 332bd reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting documentation of the source of funds. This is a standard anti-money laundering compliance measure and does not imply any accusation of wrongdoing.
• All withdrawals are processed during 332bd's standard operating hours. 332bd targets withdrawal processing within minutes for bKash and Nagad channels, though actual transfer speeds may vary based on your payment provider's processing times.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

332bd offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are credited to your 332bd account balance following the completion of any qualifying deposit or action as specified in the individual promotion's terms. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the stated wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount you must bet before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x rollover requirement means you must place a cumulative total of ৳30,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
• Each bonus offer may specify eligible games or bet types for rollover purposes. Bets placed on games or bet types excluded from a promotion's wagering calculation will not contribute to the rollover requirement.
• 332bd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotional offers may not be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through coordinated betting, matched betting, arbitrage, or any other strategy designed to extract guaranteed profit from bonus funds will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new 332bd registrants only, one per person, one per household, and one per payment method. Existing players who create additional accounts to claim a welcome bonus are in breach of these Terms.

Seasonal and event-based promotions at 332bd — including Eid promotions, BPL cricket season offers, and Pohela Boishakh specials — are subject to their own individual terms communicated at the time of the promotion. The general bonus terms set out in this section apply to all promotions unless superseded by more specific promotional terms.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the 332bd platform are subject to the following rules. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept these rules and that you are acting in your personal capacity for recreational purposes only.

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. 332bd reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, was facilitated by a platform malfunction, or was placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error.

• 332bd reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any individual bet or to limit the total cumulative exposure on any market at any time. Such limits may be applied to individual accounts or across all accounts without prior notice.
• In the event of a system error, network failure, or other technical malfunction that affects the display of odds, game state, or account balance during an active session, 332bd will investigate the incident and, where possible, restore the accurate pre-error state. 332bd's decision in such matters is final.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 332bd platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to appropriate authorities where conduct is suspected to be criminal:

• Using the 332bd platform to launder money, to facilitate money laundering, or to process proceeds of crime through deposit, wagering, and withdrawal cycles.
• Creating multiple 332bd accounts, whether personally or through associates, for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or exploiting promotions that are limited to one per player.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated mechanism to place bets, interact with games, manipulate game outcomes, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Colluding with other players for the purpose of influencing game outcomes, including any form of chip dumping, seat coordination in poker, or coordinated sports betting for match-fixing purposes.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC verification, or any communication with 332bd customer support.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 332bd platform — including but not limited to the 332bd brand name, logo, website design, user interface, graphics, text, game integrations, software architecture, and marketing materials — is the intellectual property of 332bd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership right, licence, or interest in any 332bd intellectual property.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 332bd platform for your personal, recreational, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, or commercially exploit any part of the 332bd platform or its content. Any unauthorised use of 332bd intellectual property will result in immediate termination of this licence and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 332bd's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited as follows:

• 332bd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of profits, or loss of data.
• 332bd does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously without interruption, or that it will be free from errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities at all times. Planned and unplanned maintenance may result in temporary platform unavailability.
• 332bd is not responsible for telecommunications or internet connectivity failures outside its infrastructure that prevent you from accessing the platform or completing a transaction.
• Nothing in this Section limits 332bd's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

332bd is committed to promoting responsible gaming among its player base. As a condition of your continued use of the platform, you agree to engage with 332bd's responsible gaming tools if your gambling behaviour shows signs of becoming problematic. 332bd reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where there is evidence of harmful gambling patterns, regardless of whether the player has requested such restrictions. These restrictions may include deposit limits, session limits, or forced cooling-off periods. Such interventions are made in good faith for player protection purposes and do not constitute a breach of these Terms by 332bd.

Amendments, Governing Law, and Disputes

332bd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When amendments are made, 332bd will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the 332bd platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of online gaming and entertainment platform operations. Any dispute arising from your use of the 332bd platform that cannot be resolved through direct communication with 332bd customer support should be escalated in writing to 332bd's support team via the official email address provided on the platform. 332bd will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly. 332bd's decisions on matters of account management, bonus eligibility, and bet settlement are final subject to the right of review described in this clause.
